The Lenawee Community Foundation is pleased to announce the winner of the inaugural Canned Food Art Festival. William G. Thompson Museum and Gardens took first place with the sculpture Made In Michigan. They received a $100 award for a food pantry serving Lenawee County. They made the donation to the Hudson Ministry Food Pantry. The donation can purchase over 500 pounds of food from the South Central Michigan Food Bank. The sculptures were on display during Art-A-Licious, with voting on the Lenawee Community Foundation’s Facebook page.
