   Carrying On

    Scouting has been a part of things in Hudson for most of the past century. Both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, it's something that many have shared and helped them to mature.

    Scouting builds the character of its members and they, in turn, build a bigger and stronger America for all of us. They stand for individual integrity, love of country, of God and of our fellow man. Scouts are helping to  find ways to make our world a better place to live.

Did Hudson Get a Look at the Future in 1990?

    In 1990 the General Motors sponsored "Sunrayce", a rally for solar-powered cars, came through Hudson. The cars, developed by students of engineering colleges across the country, were innovative and pushing the edge of technology of the time -- and our time. But will a solar powered car be in our future?
