Bethany Ann Clark and Chadd Eric Dill were united in marriage at West Cannon Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 30,2006. The ceremony was performed by Pastor Doug Crawford of West Cannon Baptist Church. Parents of the bride are Keith and Rosalie Clark of Ada, Michigan. The groom’s parents are John and Sharon Dill of Caledonia, Michigan. Grandparents attending the wedding were: Dorothy Clark of Kalkaska, MI, Les and Lois Moore of Hudson, MI, and John Dill of Grandville, MI. Luscious red roses highlighted the beautiful, candle-lit evening ceremony. A friend of the bride sang “How Beautiful” as Chadd and Bethany presented a red rose to their mothers’. While Chadd and Bethany lit the unity candle, another friend sang “Holding Hands”. Bethany’s grandfather, Leslie Moore, gave a prayer of dedication at the-end of the ceremony. Before the new couple greeted their guests, a DVD was shown depicting Chadd and Bethany in precious times prior to their wedding day, concluding with scenes of the wedding party taken a few hours previously at a nearby park. Bridesmaids wore rich red gowns and carried red, pink, and white rose bouquets. Bethany’s bridesmaids were Shannon Gorman, Lorraine Stouten, Monica Godinez, and Marissa Wilterink, friends of the bride; Candace Knowles, cousin of the groom, and Emily Clark, sister-in-law, as maid of honor. Flower girl was Dayle Brushaber, friend of the bride. Chadd’s groomsmen were Jamie Dill, brother; Caleb Clark, Bryan Clark, and Calvin Clark, brothers of the bride; Wesley Morgan, friend; and Shaun Dill, brother, as best man. Ring Bearer was Travis Newland, cousin of the bride. Following the wedding, a dessert reception was held in the church’s family room for 400 guests. The bride’s grandmother, Mrs. Lois Moore, made the beautiful wedding cake. Out of town guests were from Florida, Illinois, Colorado, and Oklahoma. The bride and groom reside in Wyoming, Michigan. Currently Bethany works as a piano teacher; and Chadd has recently taken a position as a Corrections Officer for the State of Michigan. Both are active members of West Cannon Baptist Church.
