The students of Sacred Heart School had their annual walk-a-thon to raise money to help find a cure against juvenile diabetes.

Dave Sheely, president of Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, presents a check for $1000 to Hudson Girls and Boys Club. Delight Creech, Randy Darr and Bonnie Dunne accept the check on behalf of the Club. Jim Bloch, vice president of Chamber, organized the golf outing from which the proceeds were donated.

                           
Fantastic Fifth Graders in Mrs. Becky Lawrence's class are learning about simple machines in Science, fractions and decimals in Math, and studying maps and globes in Social Studies. A special activity their class does throughout the school year is to publish the Lincoln Tiger Tribune.

Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Borck of Clayton celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Daniel Borck and Rebecca Becker were united in marriage on May 2, 1981 by the Rev. Daniel Gieschen at the St. Stephens Lutheran Church in Adrian, MI. They were blessed with four children, Jason of Clayton, Jenna and Jalynn at home and Jaret, who is deceased. They celebrated with a weekend in Holland, MI.
