Brendon Myers has been selected as Rima’s Worker of the Month for February Brendon is a rookie to the Rima Team just joining us on June 12,2006 as our Buyer.

From day one he dug in eagerly to learn his new responsibilities and he has done a fine job.

The Production Managers are very pleased with the job Brendon has done in stocking raw material. Rick Davis stated, “We’ve been close to running out a few times because of the changes to schedules and/or new customer requirements, but Brendon jumps through hoops to make sure we have what we need. Tim Stanley reiterated, “Brendon has been very good at gathering and sharing of information. He has taken over the raw material ordering and has even gone out and checked inventory to make sure we don’t run low or out. Brendon knows he is support to manufacturing and he embraces this role.”

Rich Willett, Throughput Manager added. “It has been a pleasure to work with Brendon. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and is extremely organized. He is also willing to help out any way that he can, whether it is rushing in an emergency order or helping train a new worker. Brendon is an excellent choice for this award.”

General Manager of Rima of Canada and Corporate Purchasing Manager stated. “I believe Brendon fits well into Rima. He is very considerate of the Rima Team but still keeps a strong hold on the purse strings Brendon is well balanced. He has done a great job learning all the details of his position relatively by himself. Brendon hit the ground running and has been running ever since. He has much more to offer. We can expect great things from Brendon now that he has settled in. Brendon is very deserving of this honor and I am sure he that he will be recognized as Worker of the Month many times during his career at Rima.”

Brendon and his wife, Mary live in Jackson. They are very active in their church. Brendon’s hobbies include canoeing, being outdoors, and spending time with Mary.
