On Tuesday April 17th the Waldron Village News website shut its internet doors.  On September 18, 2002 the Waldron Village News became a reality on the internet and grew over time as it offered news and information of events of the Southeast Hillsdale County area.  And also from time to time linked articles of interest from Hillsdale, Hudson, and Morenci.  The website covered Waldron Area Schools sports, Waldron and Wright Township History, local Government information and meeting minutes.  Since its debut it managed to accumulate 147,770 hits but due to health reasons as owner of the website and webmaster I shut down the website as I deal with my health.

In the future I may from time to time submit articles of interest of the Waldron and Wright Township area, and scheduled events from the Waldron area to the Hudson Post-Gazette. 

I was born at Thorn Hospital in Hudson in 1965 and went to Hudson Area Schools but graduated from Adrian High School.  It was in 1998 I moved to Waldron and have taken a great interest in the community but Hudson has always remained in my heart and will always be my home town.  I thank all those in the Hudson area who helped make the Waldron Village News website a great place to visit while it was on the internet.
